    • First Lutheran Church seeks a motivated and organized individual to coordinate meals for our faith formation programs, including Faithtime Dinners. Job duties include creating family-friendly menus, shopping for food, recruiting volunteers, and managing the volunteer teams. Click here to see the complete position description.     • In response to the recent executive orders regarding immigration policies and practices, Bishop Eaton and Bishop Fidlar have issued pastoral messages. Bishop Elizabeth Eaton is the Presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America; find her message here. Bishop Stacie Fidlar is the bishop of the Northern Illinois Synod; find the message from her, along with the other two bishops in Illinois, here.
